Returns Policy

This policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights.

All sales are final unless a stock item is found defective.

Returns will only be accepted for faulty items. Faulty items must be returned to Anvil Consulting (North West) Ltd within 28 days of delivery.

All returned items will be inspected by Anvil Consulting. If any items are deemed non-returnable, we will be in contact with you via phone and/or email.

It is your responsibility to pay any delivery charges, duties and taxes incurred to return your item(s).

For all returns, the original cost of delivery will not be refunded.
